Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences and the University of Alberta welcome you to join the Banff Egg Forum - Egg: Bioactive Treasure that will be held in Wrocław, PoIand on the 26th-27th June 2014, and it will continue the Banff Egg Forum organized in Canada since the early 1990’s.
The conference will focus on the bioactive components in eggs; their isolation and utilization in the functional foods, nutraceuticals and medical preparations. Industrial innovations as well as improving the nutritive value, quality and safety of eggs and egg products will be also discussed.
